It is possible to share a lot of content in-game, such as pictures of you and your crew or skate parks you have created. This game doesn’t feel very different from its predecessor, but it’s still worth checking out. It is also possible to add in features to any location within Port Carverton. There are also options for designing and creating your own skate parks. There are plenty of options for character customization. The online version of the game allows you to join up with your buddies or others in the Skate 3 community to complete the team challenges. The game is nice to play solo, but after a while skating with your AI crew can get a bit boring.
You also have the option to change the camera angle from high to low according to your preference. The controls are intuitive and the best gaming representation of skating available. Downtown is the place to go for ledges and rails, and the industrial area has a large quarry that feels like an over-sized skate park. There are three zones to explore, each offering different features and terrain. The game takes place in the city of Port Carverton.
